1. General

All jewelry from DieSieRingz is handmade and created in small batches or made to order. Each piece is unique and may slightly differ from the photos shown.

By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Products

All items are handmade from recycled materials such as cutlery and skateboards. Small variations in texture, shape or finish are part of the design and make each piece one of a kind.

3. Custom Orders

Custom pieces are designed together with you and made specifically to your request. Once confirmed and started, custom orders cannot be changed, cancelled, returned or refunded.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in EUR (€). Payment must be completed at checkout before your order is processed.

5. Shipping

Shipping depends on your location and the option selected at checkout.

🇳🇴 Norway (current location)

  • Standard Shipping (No Tracking) – Free
    Your order is shipped without tracking. This option is free, but I cannot take responsibility for lost or delayed packages once they have been shipped.
  • Tracked Shipping – €20
    Your order is shipped with tracking. You will receive a tracking number, and your package is covered in case of loss during transit.

🇧🇪 Belgium (Reserved Shipping)

Because I am traveling, some orders are stored and shipped later when I am back in Belgium.

  • Standard Shipping (No Tracking) – Free (Reserved Shipping)
    Your order is safely kept aside until I return to Belgium. It is then shipped without tracking. This option is free, but I cannot take responsibility for lost or delayed packages after shipping.
  • Tracked Shipping – €10 (Reserved Shipping)
    Your order is kept safe until I return to Belgium and then shipped with tracking. This option includes coverage in case of loss during delivery.

6. Returns & Refunds

All items are handmade, made to order, and created specifically for each customer. Due to the nature of the work and my lifestyle as a traveling maker, all sales are final.

I do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Please make sure to contact me before ordering if you have any questions about sizing, materials, or custom requests.

7. Responsibility

Once an order has been shipped, responsibility for the package depends on the selected shipping method. Tracked shipping includes coverage for loss during transit, while standard shipping does not.
